By means of a sophisticated traceability system, ELMOS is able to detect the reasons for slightest quality fluctuations early on and to minimize their effects in an effective and sustained manner in order to provide efficient customer support. In-house laboratories scrutinize not only possible defect mechanisms of the semiconductor manufacture but sensor and packaging specific features as well, thus closing the loop system for the continuous improvement of ELMOS ’ manufacturing processes.

The ELMOS quality management system is audited annually for compliance with the requirements of DIN ISO 9001 and ISO /TS 16949 in monitoring audits or repeat audits by our certifier.
